To our customers:

Thank you very much for your business. We enjoy working with you and helping you get the most out of your lawn. As the spring approaches, we have added some new in-house software to help us in scheduling, billing, routing, and tracking our work. All customers who have recurring monthly service agreements will receive a bill at end of month, which is due on receipt. Payments can be by credit card, check (payable to Matt Chandler), Paypal, Zelle, or cash. Bills sent by e-mail will have a “pay now” button for credit card payments. We can also take payments on location, but please call the office ahead of time if you prefer to pay this way. Otherwise, your account may not be timely credited, which could cause us to miss a service date.

All maintenance scheduled to occur bi-monthly will be done between the 1st and 5th, and again between the 5th and 20th. (If you prefer a specific date, please call our office to confirm availability.) Our crews should call you 30 minutes before arriving. We will also call when service is complete. For any issues with service, please notify our office within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we charge an extra trip fee for returning to your site.

If you have additional work requests, we will need an advance change order. For projects expected to take longer than one day, we require a 50% advance deposit, with 25% due at mid-point and the final 25% due at completion. Discounts apply to materials costs only. We can provide itemized receipts on request. Normally, our bids will separate materials cost and labor cost, and itemize the cost of materials needed.

Standard lawn maintenance:

Maintenance will occur bi weekly. Services are scheduled to maximize routing of personnel and equipment.. Normally between the 1st and 10th of month and 15th and 25th of month. Schedule is subject to change due to weather and route adjustments. Frequency of service can be increased during peak seasons at additional costs depending on service needed. Service includes mowing, blowing, edging, weed-eating (hand weed pulling is not included but can be done at customers request and is an additional price for being labor intensive). Trimming of small shrubs can be done as an add on for shrubs less than 6 ft height and 5 ft width. Large shrubs (more than 6 ft - height and circumference) will be priced by size and pruning required. All tree trimming/pruning does involve an added fee, as do aerating and lawn treatments i.e. weed control, fertilizing and other treatments. Please speak with service personnel about additional services or call office with requests.
