RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Lawn Care Treatment of Trees and Shrubs Schedule:
Early Spring: Horticultural Oil is applied helping to smoother insect eggs.
Spring: Insect and disease control. Provide micro nutrients to enhance color, growth and healthy roots.
Early Summer: Insect and disease control. Protecting plants from damage caused by insects such as, Japanese Beetles.
Summer: Insect and disease control. Control insect population and stress caused during summer months.
Late Fall: Insect and disease control. Control insect population and stress caused during summer months.
Winter: Annual root fertilization. Slow release fertilizer provides trees and shrubs with needed nutrients to promote healthy roots and new growth. With more colorful blooms next spring.
Lawn Care Treatment Schedule:
Early Spring: Pre and Post emergent weed control and fertilization based upon lawn needs. Controls grab grass and promotes strong root system. (Fescue Lawns receive same treatment)
Spring: same as above and spot treating for troublesome weeds.
Early Summer: Fertilization and post emergent weed control.
Summer: Time released fertilizer and post emergent weed control. (Fescue Lawns receive application of lime if needed to soil maintain correct pH balance).
Early Fall: Pre and post emergent weed control and fertilization. Fescue also treated and prepped for over-seeding and aeration. Aeration and over-seeding is at an additional cost please call us to discuss prices.
Late Fall: Pre and post emergent weed control and potassium to winterize lawn and provide barrier to weeds. Fescue lawns receive time released fertilization.
Winter: Pre and post emergent control along with potassium to encourage root growth. Fescue receives high nitrogen fertilizer.
Lawn Care Monthly Schedule
January - 2 Visits

Clean all beds thoroughly and pull leaves out of shrubs

Mow grass height down by 1/4-1/2 inch

Prune crepe myrtles and ornamental grasses (this service is optional there is additional cost for service please contact office for pricing)

Deadhead all annuals

Blow off all pavement areas each visit including decks and porches (service preformed during each visit)

Weekly weed control of beds

Edging driveway and sidewalk

February - 2 Visits

Clean all beds thoroughly and pull leaves out of shrubs

Prune roses and butterfly bushes

Mow grass height down by 1/4-1/2 inch

Enhance bed lines if needed (please note pruning is optional there is additional cost and water shrubs within 24 hours after pruning)

March - 2 Visits

Clean all beds thoroughly

Continue lowering height of Bermuda gradually until we reach a height of 1 inch

Start cutting Fescue every 2 weeks

Keep mowing Bermuda at 1 inch and start mowing every week
